Webshop Winner T&Cs

Special provisions with regard to the Webshop Winner Programme:

  1. Lina Andersson makes an effort to make the Webshop Winner Community continuously available. However, Lina Andersson does not guarantee that the Membership Programme will always be available.

  2. Lina Andersson is never responsible for (disappointing) results that are (not) achieved through the use of (information from) the Webshop Winner Community by a Member. Lina Andersson is also not responsible for information posted by a Member and/or other Members of the Webshop Winner Programme. Lina Andersson has the right to delete data and/or messages (or have them removed) if they may cause damage to the Webshop Winner Programme and/or others.

  3. Lina Andersson is not responsible for the consequences arising from appointments, meetings, parties, etc. outside the Webshop Winner Programme that have been reported by or via a Member of the Webshop Winner Programme.

  4. Lina Andersson cannot be held liable for damage resulting from participation in the Webshop Winner Programme and/or due to the sharing of certain data and/or information by the Member itself or by other Members.

  5. Lina Andersson reserves the right to make changes to the Webshop Winner Programme at random times.

  6. In the event of inappropriate or misconduct by a Member, Lina Andersson has the right to temporarily or permanently deny this Member access to the Webshop Winner Programme. This Member is not entitled to any form of refund in this respect. This also does not constitute a defect in the agreement of Lina Andersson.

  7. In the Webshop Winner Programme, a Member is responsible for the data provided by member, created topics and his/her/their own reactions.

  8. A Member has the obligation to respect the rules of the game with regard to the Webshop Winner Programme.

  9. A Member is not allowed to advertise in the Webshop Winner Programme about the Member's own company or third parties, unless this has been agreed in advance with Lina Andersson, except in the places explicitly designated for this purpose in the Webshop Winner Programme.

Contents, Access and Payment Terms

  • This section outlines what you can expect from the ‘Webshop Winner’ program offered by The Webshop Success Hub. By joining Webshop Winner, you’ll receive 6 months of access to a wide range of valuable content and support.

Here’s what’s included so far:

  • Two group coaching calls per month (each lasting about 1 hour, but may differ based on the amount of questions and live group size)

  • Exclusive resources such as articles, digital documents and videos

  • Membership in a private community of driven Shopify store owners

  • Access to all (upcoming) masterclasses

  • If you’re not satisfied with the service, please notify us via an official email (team@webshopsuccesshub.com). We will respond within 7 days and make every effort to resolve any issues.

  • Refunds are not possible under any circumstances for participation in the Webshop Winner. This means early cancellation of your participation is not possible. Therefore, if you choose not to utilise the content, you are not entitled to a refund. Scheduled payments will continue and must be fulfilled.

  • By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to withdraw from the programme. Since participation in Webshop Winner provides immediate access to digital resources, refunds are not permitted.

  • Webshop Winner can only be joined by registered businesses (B2B purchase). You will be asked to enter a valid VAT number upon payment. Businesses participating in Webshop Winner also cannot cancel early and are not eligible for refunds after purchasing. This is due to the immediate access provided to digital products.

  • Webshop Winner is a 6-month programme and does not automatically renew. The program ends after 6 months. Before the end of your 6-month membership, The Webshop Success Hub will send you a new (non-obligation) offer to renew, via email. You will be notified in advance when the program is nearing its end.

  • The Webshop Success Hub currently uses the learning platform ‘Circle’ (https://circle.so/), which is managed by The Webshop Success Hub.

  • The Webshop Success Hub will inform participants via email of any major changes to the Webshop Winner.

  • Any significant modifications to the content of the ongoing Webshop Winner program must be communicated to you in writing. You will be given the option to accept or decline the revised offer.

  • If you’ve chosen to pay in instalments, you must ensure sufficient funds are available for these payments. Administrative fees may apply for any failed or delayed payments.

  • If an instalment payment fails, you will receive a reminder via email, followed by a final notice. If you still do not meet your payment obligation after the final notice, the remaining balance and any additional administrative fees will be charged in full and handled by Straetus Incasso (debt collection company).

  • After the final notice is issued and payment is still outstanding, your access to the Webshop Winner will be temporarily suspended. Access will be restored once the outstanding balance has been fully paid.

By joining Circle and/or making your first payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
