Who is Lina?

I'm the founder and strategist at The Webshop Success Hub and passionate about transforming webshops into cash-machines. My journey started in Finland, but since 2008 I have found my home in the Netherlands, where I have turned my love for technology and online marketing into my own agency.

Since 2016 I have helped hundreds of e-commerce companies grow their sales sustainably and increase the conversion rate from shopping cart to purchase. As a Shopify expert and marketer, I enjoy creative problem solving and seeing quick results from marketing campaigns.

Together with my team of specialists in various areas, we have helped hundreds of online stores generate more revenue and visitors. As a Shopify Partner, I move and build shops in Shopify and in 2023 I launched a membership for newbie store owners that want to learn marketing and get personal advice.

1. Match call + proposal

During a 20-minute free match call we discover whether our working method and your expectations are a match. If yes, you will receive a tailor-made digital proposal with all the information you need after the call.
Agree? Yes! We can then quickly continue with the kick-off call & planning to clarify your wishes and customer even more
2. Invitation & Inventory

We work together in an online project system for easy communication and file sharing. Are you moving to Shopify from another shop system? Then we first do an inventory of what's needed. If it's an existing Shopify webshop, things move even smoother because your products and content are (partially) ready in Shopify. We'll first take stock of what needs happen so there's a clear roadmap.
3. Let's get to work

After we have collected all the materials in one place and selected the perfect Pro theme for your store, we start working on the design. If you have chosen to help with adding products, writing copy, etc., you deliver these according to planning, otherwise we will do it. Both are possible depending on your budget and wishes. After the kick-off, you will have 2 standard feedback rounds and direct chat contact with Lina
4. Optimisation

Content and design, check! Now we are doing a major marketing optimisation step so that your webshop has the greatest chance of success. Regular designers skip this part 99% of the time, because they don't have the knowledge. We know everything about store optimisation, such as how to connect all your marketing channels and ads accounts, turn on free ads, which apps make your cash register go 'ka-ching!', and how to convince your visitor to make a purchase.
